During the consultation, one of our cleaning experts will visit your space to conduct a thorough assessment and engage in a detailed conversation about your unique cleaning needs. Our expert will take the time to listen to your specific preferences and requirements, ask important questions to fully understand your goals, and provide personalized recommendations based on the assessment. This is your opportunity to share any concerns, special requests, or areas you’d like us to focus on. Our team will ensure the cleaning plan is customized to meet your exact expectations, and we encourage you to ask questions and provide feedback throughout the discussion. After the assessment, you’ll receive a personalized cleaning plan, a detailed quote, and our Terms & Conditions via the Client Hub, allowing you to review everything in one place. If you need any adjustments, simply request revisions through the Client Hub, and we’ll be happy to make them. Once you’re satisfied with the plan and quote, you can confirm your services and schedule your cleaning appointment—all through the Client Hub. Choose a date and time that works best for you, and your booking is set! Should you need to make any changes, reschedule, or request additional services, the Client Hub provides easy access to modify your bookings at any time.

Once you’ve reviewed and signed off on the personalized quote and terms, you’re all set to schedule your cleaning service through the Client Hub!
