While we take utmost care in handling your property, accidents can occur. Therefore, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to items or surfaces that were already damaged or poorly maintained before the cleaning service.
• Personal Property: We recommend removing valuables (like jewelry, money, electronics) before our cleaning service to avoid any accidents.
• Items Left Behind: We are not responsible for personal items left in the cleaning area, nor any loss or damage that may occur as a result.

• Heavy Duty Cleaning: We do not perform services such as mold removal, deep stain removal, or cleaning hazardous waste or bodily fluids. Such services require specialized professionals.

• Special Requests: If you request additional services (such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, or window washing), additional fees may apply. The outcome of these requests may vary depending on the condition of the items or areas to be cleaned.

We take precautions to avoid damage during cleaning. However, if any damage does occur, we will:

• Immediate Reporting: We will notify you of any damage immediately.
• Resolution: If damage occurs, we will handle it according to our insurance policy. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or undisclosed fragile items (e.g., artwork, heirlooms). Please report any issues within 24 hours after service.

We use cleaning products that are generally safe for most people. However:

• Access Issues: If our team cannot access your property due to locked doors, access codes, or other obstacles, the cleaning may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

We love pets, but for the safety and efficiency of our cleaning services:

• Pets During Cleaning: Please ensure pets are kept in a safe area during the cleaning. If pets are left in the cleaning area and cause disruption or safety issues, our team reserves the right to stop the service.
• Pet Damage: We are not responsible for accidents or damage caused by pets during cleaning.

If you have specific instructions or requests (such as focus areas or preferred cleaning methods), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. While we are happy to accommodate special requests, additional charges may apply, and we cannot guarantee the desired outcome for requests outside of our standard procedures.

By booking our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Due on Completion: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept multiple forms of payment including credit cards, PayPal, checks, and cash.
• Service Adjustments: If additional time or resources are needed, we will notify you before proceeding with extra charges. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the scope of work changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Plans can change, but we ask for your cooperation:

• Cancellation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (typically $70 or 50% of the service cost).
• Rescheduling Limit: You may reschedule up to 4 times with 24 hours' notice. After that, the deposit may be forfeited.

To ensure the safety of your property and our cleaning staff:

• Unreachable Areas: We will not clean areas deemed unsafe to access, such as areas requiring ladders higher than a step stool or heavy items that need to be moved.
• Utility Issues: Please ensure utilities such as electricity and water are functional during the scheduled service to avoid delays.

For commercial clients:

• Custom Services: Commercial properties may require customized cleaning schedules or additional services. Please discuss your needs in advance so we can tailor our services accordingly.
• Pricing Adjustments: Prices for commercial cleaning may vary depending on the frequency and size of the property. We will inform you of any price adjustments if the condition of the property changes or requires additional resources.

We reserve the right to update or modify our terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, and any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
