No. Reports are written in plain language and highlight property conditions, care recommendations, and pricing so you know exactly what to do next.

No. Our AI reports analyze visible conditions only and cannot detect hidden, structural, or internal issues. For those concerns, please contact a licensed professional.

If we identify an issue, we’ll recommend vetted partners and AI-generated providers based on reviews, pricing, and availability. You can contact them directly or have us coordinate. These contractors operate independently of alpaca-crew, and we make no warranties for their work.

No. Our referrals are optional. You may hire any professional you prefer. If you choose to work with a referred contractor, all terms, pricing, and quality of work are managed directly with them.

We offer Initial Assessments for $99*, Re-Assessments for $99*, and free Quote Reviews. Assessments include AI reports and service plans, while Quote Reviews provide pricing only.

Assessments offer full evaluations with AI reports. Quote Reviews are for clients who know what they need and only want pricing, no walkthrough or analysis. 

No. You may request a Quote Review for pricing only or choose an assessment if you want a detailed AI report with service recommendations and tier classification.

Our AI reviews property type, condition, size, and service needs to generate pricing. Quote Reviews give fast estimates, while assessments offer deeper insight with tier classification. 

Yes, our minimum service charge is $225. This ensures we can uphold quality standards, allocate resources effectively, and deliver consistent results across all property types. 

To begin, submit a Request Form through our Client Hub. This is where you can book, reschedule, add extras, and manage all your services in one place. 

We review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Depending on the option you select, we’ll send a quote, schedule a visit, or deliver your plan remotely.

We’ll send you a pre-cleaning guide before your visit. It includes simple steps to help our team work efficiently and ensure your property is ready for service.

No. You do not need to be home or on-site during your appointment. Please ensure our team has secure access and any entry codes or lockbox instructions are shared at least two hours before service.

Pets should be secured in a separate area during service for their safety and ours. If unrestrained pets prevent access, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to applicable fees.

Yes. You can reschedule directly through the Client Hub. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your preferred time.

Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of service scheduled:

For Standard Cleaning Services:

• 24+ Hours' Notice: Free cancellation or reschedule, no fees
• Same-Day Cancellation (under 24 hours): 50% of scheduled service cost
• No-Show (denied access without notice): Full service amount charged 

For AI Property Assessments:

• 48+ Hours' Notice: Free cancellation or reschedule, no fees
• 24-48 Hours' Notice: 35% of assessment fee OR free reschedule (client choice) 
• Under 24 Hours: 50% of assessment fee 
• No-Show (denied access without notice): 100% of assessment fee charged 

Property assessments require advance coordination of specialized staff and equipment.  

Our staff handle all items carefully, but accidents can happen. Please report any concerns within 24 hours with photos. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s depreciated value or the service fee for that appointment.

Client satisfaction is our priority. If something was missed or doesn’t meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll review and resolve the issue promptly.

alpaca-crew combines expert cleaning with structured assessments and AI-driven reports that guide service plans, detect risks, and support long-term property care. 

Information collected during assessments and cleanings is used only to generate reports, track service history, and improve our AI system. We never sell client data. All information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
