We’ll send you a pre-cleaning guide before your visit. It includes simple steps to help our team work efficiently and ensure your property is ready for service.
No. You do not need to be home or on-site during your appointment. Please ensure our team has secure access and any entry codes or lockbox instructions are shared at least two hours before service.
Pets should be secured in a separate area during service for their safety and ours. If unrestrained pets prevent access, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to applicable fees.
Yes. You can reschedule directly through the Client Hub. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your preferred time.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are refunded minus a $15 administrative fee. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours incur a $50 fee. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged $100 or 50 percent of the service cost, whichever is greater. No-shows or access issues after 30 minutes result in the full-service charge.
Our staff handle all items carefully, but accidents can happen. Please report any concerns within 24 hours with photos. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s depreciated value or the service fee for that appointment.
