We evaluate your space, document visible conditions, and generate a detailed AI property report. This includes:
- Tier Classification – A rating system based on your property's current condition and level of buildup.
- Identified Concerns – Notable cleaning issues or structural risks observed during the assessment.
- Tailored Service Recommendations – Suggested services based on your property's needs and goals.

We offer three types of assessments to help you choose the right level of care:
- Initial Assessment ($100) – A full onsite evaluation for new clients. Includes a detailed report with cleaning recommendations, structural observations, and referrals when appropriate. The fee is waived if service is booked within 7 days.
- Re-Assessment ($50 to $75) – A follow-up for returning clients to track changes and update care plans. Includes a new report with updated cleaning insights, structural notes, and next-step recommendations. The fee is waived if service is booked.
- Express Assessment (Free) – A fast, remote option for one-time or light tasks. Includes a streamlined report with cleaning guidance and any visible structural observations based on client-submitted photos.
