Each report assigns a tier based on property condition:

• Tier 1 – Well-maintained: light buildup, minimal wear 
• Tier 2 – Moderate concern: visible buildup or surface wear
• Tier 3 – High concern: neglected areas or flagged risks
   

This classification helps determine service scope, frequency, and any recommended add-ons or referrals.

Our team documents visible concerns—not as inspections, but as early indicators. 

Each observation is noted as:

• Informational – Cosmetic only (e.g., scuffed walls, loose caulk, faded paint)
• Structural Concern – Requires monitoring (e.g., mildew in corners, swelling cabinets, moisture marks)
• Referral Suggested – May require a contractor (e.g., visible cracks in walls, soft flooring near sinks, water damage)
   

These findings may influence your property’s tier and are included with next steps in your report.
