Each report assigns a tier based on property condition. Tier 1 means well-maintained. Tier 2 shows moderate concern. Tier 3 signals high concern. This system guides the scope and frequency of service, along with any suggested add-ons or referrals.
Each report includes service details, AI-generated condition scores, tier classification, and labeled photos. It provides transparent pricing with and without add-ons, structural observations, and personalized care recommendations.

You’ll receive your report by email after your assessment or cleaning visit. It is also available through your Client Hub for easy access, tracking, and follow-up planning. Reports are only provided to clients who complete a paid assessment. Quote reviews do not include reporting.
