A data request allows you to access, correct, or remove information alpaca-crew has collected about you or your property.

Requests can include deleting personal details, correcting inaccurate records, or limiting the use of sensitive data (such as contact or location information).

Each request is reviewed carefully to protect your privacy and verify that the requester is authorized. If you’re unsure what type of request applies, our team can guide you through the process.

We process several types of verified requests under state privacy laws:

• Access Request: Obtain a copy of the personal or property-related data we hold.
• Correction Request: Update inaccurate or outdated information.
• Deletion Request: Remove data that is no longer required for service or legal purposes.
• Limitation Request: Restrict the use of sensitive information (for example, location or financial details) to essential operations only.

To help us verify and locate your record, please provide:

• Full name
• Email address used for your account or service
• Service address (or approximate workplace if employee or contractor)
• Description of your request (for example, delete my data, correct an address, limit use of sensitive data)

Verification: We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will only request the minimum information necessary for verification and will not retain copies of identification documents.  

You can submit your request in any of the following ways:

Note: Requests without sufficient identifying information may be delayed until verification is complete.

• Within 10 Business Days: We confirm receipt of your request.
• Within 45 Days: We complete the request or provide a status update.
• If additional time is needed, we’ll notify you in writing with the reason and expected completion date.

Verification may include confirming service history or matching identifying details with our records.

• We cannot delete information required by law, tax, or safety obligations.
• Data removed from active systems may persist temporarily in encrypted backups until automatically overwritten.
• Exercising your data rights will not affect your access to services or pricing.
• All verified requests are processed free of charge unless they are excessive or repetitive.

All data requests are handled in accordance with:

• alpaca-crew Privacy Policy (latest version)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
• Internal data-governance and verification procedures
