      • Additional provider options beyond those recommended 
      • Coordination assistance from our network liaison


      Include your property address, service category (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and a brief issue description. Attach photos or documents if helpful.

      • If new referrals are needed, contractors are selected based on specialty, availability, and service area
      • If coordination is requested, we prepare to manage introductions and communications on your behalf

      Within 2-3 business days, clients will receive:


      • A curated list of contractor options, with names, contact details, and service notes
      • Instructions for engagement, including options to contact providers directly or request continued support
      • If coordination is requested, our liaison will confirm next steps and begin facilitating introductions 


      Contractors will also receive a summary of relevant property context (based on prior AI reports, assessment notes, quote reviews, or cleaning observations) to streamline their preparation.

      Clients may contact providers directly to obtain quotes, review terms, and schedule services. 


      If coordination is selected, our network liaison will manage communication and support the process on your behalf. This may include:


      • Coordinating introductions and provider follow-up
      • Confirming scheduling preferences and availability
      • Sharing context from prior assessments, quote reviews or cleaning reports
      • Managing clarification of scope or service questions
      • Tracking provider responsiveness if delays occur 


      All communication support is limited to the scope of your original request. For complex projects, additional coordination fees may apply.
