Within 2-3 business days, clients will receive:
- A curated list of contractor options, with names, contact details, and service notes
- Instructions for engagement, including options to contact providers directly or request continued support
- If coordination is requested, our liaison will confirm next steps and begin facilitating introductions
Contractors will also receive a summary of relevant property context (based on prior AI reports, assessment notes, quote reviews, or cleaning observations) to streamline their preparation.

If coordination is selected, our network liaison will manage communication and support the process on your behalf. This may include:
