Pricing is determined by AI based on your property's unique characteristics. Service starts at $225 and varies by size, condition, and scope. You can receive a custom quote through an on-site assessment or by submitting task details and photos.

Initial and Re-Assessments are on-site and priced at $99*. Each includes a full AI report with visuals, insights, and referrals. Clients who complete an assessment receive updated reports after every visit with tailored property insights.
*Pilot program pricing (June 2026 - May 2027). After pilot closes, new clients pay annual subscriptions starting at $499/year.

If you already know what you need, submit task details and photos using our Request Form. We’ll send a custom quote based on your specific needs and current property conditions. AI reports are not included with this option.
