Initial and Re-Assessments are on-site and priced at $100. Each includes a full AI report with visuals, insights, and referrals. Clients who complete an assessment receive updated reports after every visit with tailored property insights.
don't need an assessment?
If you already know what you need, submit task details and photos using our Request Form. We’ll send a custom quote based on your goals and current property conditions. AI reports are not included with this option.
