enrollment and eligibility
Pilot enrollment is available from June 1, 2027 to May 31, 2028.
Your first completed assessment during this period secures lifetime pricing.
Pilot rates apply per property and include residential, commercial, and vacation rentals within the Bay Area.
post -pilot pricing
After the pilot period, new clients subscribe to annual plans.
- Essential: $499 per year with one assessment
- Premium: $999 per year with two assessments and priority service
- Elite: $1,799 per year with four assessments and full benefits
Multi-property pricing will be available. Pilot pricing will not be offered again.
