Every service starts by submitting a Request Form through our Client Hub. Whether you need a full evaluation or already know what you need, we tailor each plan to match your property's condition and goals.

When you submit your form, you'll select one of four options:

Initial Assessment – A full onsite evaluation for new clients and properties.
Re-Assessment – An onsite or remote follow-up for returning clients.
Express Assessment – A quick, remote evaluation for smaller or one-time tasks.
Quote Review (No Assessment) – Submit details and photos for a direct quote without an onsite visit.

After you submit your form, we’ll either schedule your assessment or send a direct quote if you selected Quote Review. Once you receive your report and/or quote, you’ll be able to approve your plan, schedule your service, and manage everything through the Client Hub.

Re-Assessment
Designed for returning clients with updated needs. Conducted onsite or remotely to adjust your plan as your property evolves.
Express Assessment
A quick, remote evaluation for smaller or one-time tasks. Our team reviews your form and photos to deliver AI-backed recommendations without a full walkthrough.
Quote Review (No Assessment)
If you know exactly what you need, submit project details and photos for a direct quote—no assessment needed.

what happens next

After submitting your Request Form, here’s what you can expect:

If you requested an Initial Assessment or Re-Assessment:
A team member will schedule your onsite evaluation. After the visit, you’ll receive a detailed quote and AI-powered service plan within 2–3 business days.
If you requested an Express Assessment:
Our team will remotely review your form and photos. A streamlined recommendation and quote will follow within 2–3 business days.
If you selected Quote Review (No Assessment):
If your details and photos are clear, we’ll send a direct quote for approval—no assessment needed.

In all cases, you’ll receive:

A personalized quote with transparent pricing
A pre-cleaning guide once your service is confirmed
Full access to schedule, reschedule, or modify appointments through the Client Hub
