Tier I - Plata
Requirements to Achieve:
10 Services
Rewards:
- $50 gift card (1 per year)
- 1 Complimentary Add-on (e.g., pet hair removal or eco-friendly product)
- 2.5% discount on future services after the 10th service.
Maintenance Requirements:
- Book 3 services every 6 months.
- If not maintained, will be downgraded to Tier I.

25 Services
Rewards:
- $75 gift card (cumulative after every 10 services)
- 2 Complimentary Add-ons (e.g., oven cleaning, bathroom disinfection)
- 3% discount on future services.
Maintenance Requirements:
- Book 4 services every 6 months.
- If not maintained, will be downgraded to Tier I.
Requirements to Achieve:
50 Services
Rewards:
- $150 gift card (1 per year)
- $150 off your next Deep Cleaning
- 5% discount on the next 5 services.
Maintenance Requirements:
- Book 8 services every 6 months.
- If not maintained, will be downgraded to Tier II.

How Our Loyalty Program Works
The Loyalty Program is divided into three tiers, each offering more substantial rewards as you complete more services with us. As you progress through the tiers, you'll receive higher-value rewards, greater discounts, and even complimentary services. Your loyalty is appreciated, and our program is designed to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your ongoing patronage.
Tier I (Plata) - The Beginning of the Journey
Achieving Tier I marks the first step in your journey with us. After booking 10 services, you will unlock a $50 gift card to use for future services. This is your first step toward regular rewards that grow with every service. Plus, you will receive 1 complimentary add-on to enhance your service experience—whether it’s a pet hair removal, eco-friendly product, or something else that makes your space shine.
Discount Benefit: As a Tier I member, you’ll also get 2.5% off future services once you've completed your 10th service. This discount is applied to your regular service price after booking your 10th service.
To maintain Tier I: To keep your Tier I status, you must book at least 3 services every 6 months. If you fail to do so, your membership will be downgraded to a non-tiered member, and you will lose the associated benefits.
Tier II (Oro) - For the Truly Loyal Customers
Once you’ve booked 25 services with us, you’ll automatically be upgraded to Tier II. As a Tier II member, you will earn a $75 gift card (accrued after every 10 services you complete), which can be used toward any future services. You will also enjoy 2 complimentary add-ons, such as oven cleaning or bathroom disinfection, to further enhance your cleaning experience.
Discount Benefit:Your discount increases to 3% off future services. The more services you book, the more savings you will enjoy on every cleaning.
To maintain Tier II: To keep your Tier II status, you must book at least 4 services every 6 months. If you fail to meet the requirement, you will be downgraded to Tier I.
Tier III (Platina) - Ultimate Loyalty RewardedTier IIIis the highest level of our loyalty program, and it’s reserved for our most dedicated clients. To achieve Tier III, you must have booked 50 serviceswith us. As a Tier III member, you will enjoy the highest-value rewards and the best discountsavailable.

To maintain Tier III: To keep your Tier III status, you must book at least 8 services every 6 months. If this threshold is not met, you will be downgraded to Tier II.
