Whether you're a new client requesting an Initial Assessment or an existing client scheduling a Re-Assessment, the process begins with a Request Form. All assessments are managed through our Client Hub, where you can easily book, update, and track your services.
If this is your first time booking, scroll down to review the process and submit a Request Form for an Initial Assessment. A trained assessor will evaluate your property, and you'll receive an AI-powered report with service recommendations, tier classification, and a personalized quote.
If you're already a client and your needs change, submit a Request Form for a Re-Assessment. This ensures updated AI reports and a revised care plan. For ongoing services that don't require a new assessment, simply log in to the Client Hub to schedule, add extras, or update appointments.
Access the Client Hub to submit a Request Form. Choose an Initial Assessment if this is your first booking, or a Re-Assessment if your needs have changed.
We'll contact you to arrange an on-site visit. A trained assessor will review your property and document key observations.
Within 2–3 business days, you'll receive a personalized AI report with visuals, tier classification, service recommendations, and a custom quote.
Once you review your report or quote, you can approve and schedule your service directly through the Client Hub.
After booking, you’ll receive a pre-cleaning guide and ongoing updates in the Client Hub.
