Network liaisons receive competitive hourly compensation for referral processing, contractor relationship management, completion tracking, and fee collection activities. This structure provides flexible income opportunities as our referral volume grows.
 

Specific compensation rates and terms are provided during the application process. 

Ability to maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients, facilitate clear introductions, and manage expectations across all parties in the referral process. 

Capability to manage multiple referrals simultaneously, track completion statuses, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices. 

Ability to calculate referral fees accurately, generate invoices, process payments, and maintain precise financial records for all transactions. 

Capability to address payment delays professionally, resolve disputes diplomatically, and maintain network integrity while protecting company interests.  

Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheet management, invoicing platforms, email coordination, and digital payment processing. 

Ability to evaluate contractor performance, make network inclusion decisions, handle confidential business relationships, and maintain professional boundaries. 

Build and manage relationships with top-tier professionals across multiple trades, becoming a key connector in the property care ecosystem.
